It offers a small but comfortable hotel, along with billiard, restaurant, gym, currency exchange, barbers shop, massage parlour, Internet and many other services. Seafarers can also visit a language centre and have their labour contracts and other documents translated into foreign languages (or from foreign languages into Russian).

Those seafarers who have been abandoned by employers can temporarily live in the centre while their trade union tries to support them. The centre has become a favorite place of seafarers and is very popular among them.
